Dansco 7070s

I would totally start a new one of those if they would just add some more types to make it more interesting. Give me a slot of a liberty cap large cent, give me bust dollars. Make it more of a challenge and I am down.

    Look for one of these

Bust dollar, but only one seated buck. IIRC, there was only one large cent though. You picked the type.

Look for the old style Whitman bookshelf album, it came in three volumes (Small Coins, Large Coins and Gold Coins). Of course, if you want to complete it be prepared to shell out for a 1793 Chain cent, 1793 Wreath cent, 1795 Half, 1796 Quarter, etc...

I know coins look cool in albums, but I prefer the flexibility of slabs and Lighthouse slab pages.

One of the big problems with collecting coins in slabs is finding an attractive way to display them. I have only found two manufacturers who make pages which hold 9 slabs each and can be put into a ring-binder album. One is Eagle from the US, the other is Lighthouse from Germany. I currently use the Lighthouse Grande pages, albums and slip cases. A large album holds six pages (54 coins) and a smaller album holds four pages (36 coins). Both of these types of pages hold PCGS, NGC, ANACS (large and small) and ICG slabs.

I use the PCGS and NGC MultiHolder boxes to hold those.

I like keeping my coins in slabs primarily for their own protection! image
