What other message boards do you participate in? Social Networks?

I guess I am on this board more than any. I have some others that I go to fairly often. They are Net 54, Sportscardforum.com and Sportscollectors.net for autographs.

While on this topic (sort of), do any of you do the social networking thing? I personally do not. These message boards are the extent of my social networking.

    - Facebook Feel free to add me.

    - Just started the p90x workout program -- so I've been posting a little here and there on their forum.

    - I don't participate on any other collecting forum.

How do you like p90x? I'm on my third time doing it. I have also bought his one on one series which I work into the program. If you stick with the program and diet you will look amazing.

Question for you guys doing p90x. I have wanted to do it, but I am scared of something. I have what I think is the start of an abdominal hernia. It is kind of a banana shaped bulge (no wisecracks, guys) from my belly button to where my ribcage comes together. It only shows up only when I do a sit up or crunches. I talked to a medical person about it and he said that it is the abdominal muscle starting to tear apart and that it WOULD require surgery at some point in time in the future. I have absolutely no pain, but I am scared now to do any sit ups or crunches. How would p90x affect that?

I love the p90x program -- I've been doing it for only 6 days now and for the first time in years my abs are starting to pop out again: image

The workouts are a ton of fun too -- lots of mixing up so I have yet to get bored...

And, after only a couple days on the program I could tell a MAJOR difference in my play at hockey...much easier to skate around!

I created a Facebook page for my business; that gets quite a bit of traffic. I also have a twitter account, but that's just fed from Facebook. It seems like vintage people have taken to Facebook, but not so much to Twitter.

This is the only sports' collectible forum I frequent. My other interests are computers and firearms, so I spend a lot of time over there.

Besides the PSA board I frequent SGCs forum as well as cardboardtalk.net
I find each board has it's own personality. I am technically on facebook but am not good with that site. It's too technologically advanced for me. I just figured out how to use a typewriter.

You would be OK to do any of the weight routines but I wouldn't do any of the ABS or Core DVD's you will just end up making it worse. The really only eliminates 3 of the 12 DVD's.What I could recommend it doing the P90X (weights) and work in Yoga.
