Seller has 1 feedback, Buyer has 0, and now pack is relisted the same day with a different seller...

Not a big deal because it is only a $10-$15 dollar pack, but just try to explain this...

A seller (thepackster11) with 1 ebay transaction lists this auction that ends on March 15th.
82 Ryan PSA 8 cello

A buyer with 0 feedback/ebay transactions wins it (outbids me) on March 15th.
c***d( 0 ) US $12.59 Mar-15-11 13:16:16 PDT

and now, also on March 15th, cowpuppy66 lists the same pack...
same pack, listed the same day

You guys are usually the ones that are great detectives here, but I just wanted to expose this foul play seller's shenanigans...

I've seen this kind of thing before. The buyer doesn't wait to get the product, they re-list it for sale. I guess there is nothing wrong with it unless the original seller doesn't ship it or it gets lost in the mail. I think sellers should have product in hand before listing, but Ebay can't really enforce that.

Their Kentucky towns are 75 miles apart. I would guess that ebay doesn't care especially if they get the transaction $$ and their listing and FVF.
  • Hey Hallco, thanks for reading and writing.

Understood, but the winning buyer who outbid me (with 0 feedback and, looks like shilling to me) is not the same one selling it now.

Again, not a big deal at all because of the $15 price tag, but something is/was just not right and I was proud of myself that I caught it.

Nothing can compare to the Gretzky OPC RC PSA 9 and Ryan RC PSA 9 fakes from the previous threads a few weeks ago...

Thanks gameusedhoop, I'm actually happy the seller has to pay the ebay fees, albeit nominal.

Oh...sorry Muggy, I misread that. Possibly the 0 bidder has a 2nd seller's account?? image It is odd.

He should consider himself lucky. Any tight spot that can be solved with a $13 sale isn't all that tight.

LOL, I wish I had his problems!
From what I can tell, 707 is the DOLLAR STORE compared to deans_cards. For what that guy charges, if I ever bought anything from him I would expect it to be delivered to me in a frickin' limo.
