Combined Shipping

I have my combined shipping policy stated clearly in my auction but now I have a buyer who after paying and receiving their cards dislikes it and apparently has reported me to ebay. Should I worry?

Will add I am getting very annoyed this week with buyers on eBay not waiting to get a combined invoice from me and the paying full shipping costs only to ask about it the day after I shipped already in individual packages.
Had this happen 3 times in the past 10 days. I am processing so many packages right now I am not catching it beforehand and actually shipping out in seperate envelopes. If eBay wasn't so anti-seller I would tell these people to pound sand but I am eating the extra costs to maintain my top-rated status which is now in jeopardy because of 2 dumbasses saying what they got was not as described on the star ratings yet not opening any sort of complaint against me.
FFFFFFFF feeBay!!!!!!!!!!!!
Honestly as long as he isn't claiming SNAD you don't really have anything to worry about.
What is your user name so I can see how you worded things and maybe I can suggest a thing or two to help out with tards in the future.
i tried to address your shipping charges before i made payment and you basically told me i was sol. what you are doing is in violation of e bay policies. i will not purchase anything more from you , but to protect other buyers i have contacted e bay and informed them of the way you conduct your buisness. in legal terms what you are doing is reffered to as entrapment and it is against the law on either side of the border. you need to change your shipping policy to reflect fairness and honesty. if you look at most peoples site they cap total shipping charges, you do not. keep the money as the time to deal has passed
he hasnt left feedback yet so im assuming its going to be a neg. my username is howethegreat
I see for the star ratings your shipping and handling charges are what is currently holding you back from earning a top-rating / power seller status and a 20% refund on eBay fees.
If you plan on selling in volume you really should work on getting your 5 star rating up on s&h fees. I also sell cards and start off at $1.99 shipping and an extra 0.75 for each additional 4 cards. I get my bubble envelopes for around 250 for $38 and after shipping and delivery confirmation I still make around 15 cents above and beyond what I spend on shipping and handling and that pretty much covers paper and ink.
eBay isn't going to do shiat to you. The buyer is probably going to crap on your feedback and star rating unless you reach some sort of agreement. If you haven't already gone off on him (i am bad at responding to idiots before calming down to keep my feedback rating) I would try to give him a few bucks back to get the good rating.
<< <i> Basically my combined shipping policy is 10 cards for $7 anywhere in the world then $1 per card thereafter. He is the only bidder i've had trouble with and i've had people buy 40-50 cards and not complained about shipping. >>
I know you said 'anywhere in the world' but, lets say your buyer is 1 state away from you, do you really get 47.00 in shipping when someone buys 50 cards from you?
And they don't complain?? I get people itching and I charge .25 extra per auction win capped at 4.00 (sometimes 5.00)
Did I read you correctly?
Either way I agree that you should have nothing to worry about in this case other than feedback/star dings.
I liked how he said you entrapped him......lol
