How many "millions $" has PCGS put into their new holders ?

where he stated that NGC has put "millions" into developing their new holders !

I had no idea !!

Being a Franklin collector , it sure was fun seeing him offer Proof Franklins to the T.V. audience .

Seems costly.

I'll have to see if I can catch Treasure Hunter sometime. I purchased a couple coins from Rick, circa 1990-1991. I can't afford them now - the ones I need are listed for 3x-4x current market value.

.....I don't know, he had a Proof NGC PR69 1957 Half @ 750$ .............seemed reasonable for a low pop. coin ;

but I don't follow the Proof trends .

..yes , I think thats what he meant - but what does that mean ?

That they invested millions in developing new holder technology ; or that they have put millions of dollars worth of submitted coins into their new holders ?

I think it means they were able to claim a $1M in R&D on their taxes.
