    images don't tell me too much about the surfaces. It's not rare, if that matters image

    From those images the coin appears cleaned or whizzed quite a while ago....JMHO.

    It is an LM-3/V3, if that is your question. It is the only obverse die using that numeral 8 punch since 1829. It is easily identified by the vertical orientation of the inside loops of the 8; all others have horizontal loops of the 8.

    It is a current R1, and readily available in all grades.

    There is a large die defect (internal cud) connecting CA of AMERICA, but this is also common on that die marriage.
