Concluding my custom Brewers binge

I've concluded my four-card run of 1970s Brewers custom cards . . . at least until I find some good early Molitor photos.

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

    Hi Bob

    I like the Yount card.

Do you know what year that was and where? Good show!

I don't know when or where the Yount photo was taken. I assume spring training, probably 1974.
The full photo has the same steel tower in the background on the player's right as his 1975 Topps rookie. The picture was sold in the Topps Vault auctions on eBay a while back.

I'd love to see you try that Yount as part of the rookies series from that year. Find three other rookies from that set and see how it would look. Either way, great work!

Was the 74 an homage to Topps' notorious centering issues, or is it just a white card on a white BG? image

Gorman looks like a choirboy. He does have that gleam in his eye though.

Nice work Bob, as always. A couple of beauties.

What no '71 Topps Ron 'The General' Theobald?

I'd love to see a George Scott from '72 Topps with a Brewers uni.

fantastic work as always, Bob. I'm still a little peeved over your '57 Jackie Robinson in the Giants hat, though. image
