Cudo's to Upper Deck Customer Service!! (yes, they actually did something decent)

A couple of months ago I opened a box of UD Evolution baseball. One of the Ecards I got didn't have a number on it when I scratched off the gray latex covering. When I attempted to Digitize another ecard, I got a message that the card had already been digitized by another user!!! Well, I emailed customer service and they said to send in the cards. So, I sent them in about a month ago and today in the mail I got a letter stating that UD can not replace ecards, so they sent me four packs of 2001 UD Rookie Update baseball. Well, out of the four packs I got a Mark Teixeira SP Authentic Future Watch RC #0757/1500 and a Maddux/Glavine/Andruw Jones Triple winning Materials card. Not bad considering the two ecards probably wouldn't have evolved into anything anyways!!

    Upper Deck is the best when it comes to customer service.They also seem to ship the fastest for exchange or e-cards as well.We had an e-card evolve & got it in like 3 weeks.
    Fleer was really good also.Sent in a damaged card but they didn't have anymore of that player;he was a minor star $15BV.They sent us a Kurt Warner Pants card BV$40 as a replacement.Both of these companies were a pleasure to deal with.
    The WORST is Topps.They don't even have an 800# anymore & if you try calling the # on thier website you wait forever & have to pay for the call.Plus,they take forever to send the cards.

    i have dealt with ud,donruss/playoff. and topps. upperdeck sent the cards fast and then recently i pulled 2 redemtions for rc autographs which expired prior to me pulling them. well i contacted ud and they are sending the cards!! same with donruss, who is sending me a ricky williams autograph.topps, terrible- took 3 months to get one card which wasnt even the card i was expecting

    i've also had good experiences with upper deck. they are dedicated to their customer service, another reason why i think they are far and away the best company out there.

    Topps is the worst, they sent me two $50 Vince Carter Prime Rookie cards in with no protection and they both were damaged. They are worthless now, and I plan to let them know when I send in my next redemption. They can't deny all the times they've donecrappy things to their customers through the mail for much longer.


    UD is very friendly and they truly care about their customer base.

    Topps does do something good though.... I have sent in common redemptions and gotten them all back with a pack.... thats nice
