Entertaining Ebay Seller - The Charlie Sheen of Vintage FB

So, this guy has been trying to sell his lot of 1935 National Chicle Football for MONTHS. All of his previous auctions have been without pictures, and with his negative feedback for overgrading his cards, big surprise, no one was biting. Well, his auction is back up (Now With Pics!) but, the best part is that he's very impatient with bidding. If bids aren't up near his idea of what his "treasure" is worth, he starts getting really irritable in his comments.
Looks like he's started getting annoyed already:
<< <i>Come on now. Lets pick up the Bidding here. I just bought the Masterson PSA 3 for $443.00 on EBAY last week. And in 2 days I have a Bid for $510.00 for all 33 cards. What is going on here? Dont think you will get this item for cheap. If you pay the $6,250.00, I am asking for the 33 cards, that is a deal in itself. Thats the reality here. I have to pay EBAY FEES, Paypal Fees. Where is the Love for the Hobby? When did we Become this Cheap. Please dont Bid, unless you are using common sense. Not everyone can afford these items, as a matter of fact, not many people can afford them. Thats ok. I am a winner whether I sell or not. These cards will increase greatly in value. Regards, Richie >>

<< <i>I have had one Buyer on here who damaged my Feedback, that was Bogus, and he has been a known hater damaging others feedback so he can sell more than everyone else >>
I just checked through the "feedback left for others" by the known hater, and this was the only instance of them leaving negative feedback. I do like the conspiracy theory, though.
There is no longer love for the hobby. However, there is plenty of lust. I would like to get your cards drunk and stoned, and then take advantage of them while they are vulnerable.
That's what it means to be a WINNER.

itz

I like how he capitalizes any word that starts with b.

I actually sold a D314-4 DiMaggio card to Sheen many years ago when he was still active in card collecting.
Plus he didnt put a reserve so the only way he can hold out for that $6,250 is to cancel auction near the end or renig....
I live about 40 minutes from the seller, sent Richie an email requesting to see them in person and moreover to check out this "winner"...this could be fun!
Check out Richie's latest update in today's auction.

I do not just pull these items out of my safe for anyone. I do not think I am going to end up selling these cards this auction anyway, unless someone spends the $6,250.00, thats the value of these cards. we could set up a meeting here in Mount Airy at the Pages Book store. Richie Ps. If you want to meet me in Mount Airy, My number is 336-429-xxxx. Thankyou.
Going to see them tomorrow, cannot wait to meet dude.

I Like the guy too. I also like the Winnebago man, heck if I hit the Lotto I will buy a winnebago & drive it to pick up my 33 of 36 1935 Chicle FB set. We need more sellers like this, and less bottom feeders. Now forget about both these guys and go bid on my auctions bid often and bid high at least double book. bid bid bid bid .
Remember, this guy associates with the likes of Floyd the barber, Otis the drunk, Goober the mechanic, and Gomer Pyle. That's a pretty exclusive club...

<< <i>That was Mount Pilot. >>
Yes, Barney began the series in Mayberry, towards the end he moved to Mt. Pilot.
That was what I was alluding to.
Edited to add: Or are you saying Mayberry was based on Mt. Airey?
Because, as you probably know many do believe that.
