Sent item to Canada Express Mail International w/insurance..where is it now?

Just wondering what to do? I mailed the appropriate way to cover me thru Paypal. Now buyer is saying he has not received. I checked the tracking number and it shows clearing customs on Feb. 17th...should there be an update to this or is this as much as the post office provides?? Should be an update showing item out for delivery and then another update showing item as delivered.

Take all your paperwork on this item to your local post office and ask them as they will have more information than what the usps website provides, and they can tell you what to do, probably not much right now since it has only been 24 days and nothing is considered lost until 30 days have passed, plus it being Canada , I have seen items take up to 40-60 days to be delivered.

What type of postal service did you use? express mail, priority mail, registered mail, signature confirmation, ect ect.

Hope everything works out for you and hopefully you had the item insured.

Take the EMI receipt to your PO.

The item is prolly still sitting in a Canada delivery center.

You have an automatic $100 insurance, plus what
    ever extra you bought.

They will almost certainly find the item.

I blame free trade for the delay.

It is so difficult to ship out of the country.
