Question about Rating

I have a trade working and this person brought to my attention that I had a 4.8 rating. Which I had never seen before I was wondering how you can find out who rated you.
Looking at my list of people I have traded with I don't see anyone that I have had a bad trade with.Just wondering what the rating is really for if that is the case .I also see now that you can rate someone without trading with them.So does the rating on this board really matter anyway?????

Thanks I will do that now that I know about that. As I read the pm message this person tells me I have to send first if I want the deal.Well guess what that won't happen I have been on this board for over a year and have not had a bad trade yet .....................
