1964 Topps Giants Submission Question

For PSA submissions, what category are the 1964 Topps Giants considered. I have not submitted these before and I noticed the tall boys, oversized cards, etc. have to be submitted as separate orders. Are these 1964 cards considered tall boys for example and can you add old player post cards to the same order in order to meet the minimum submission number? Thanks for your help.

I don't know much about the postcards but the Giants are the same as the tallboys , they go in the same size holder.
