Submission question

in PSA Set Registry Forum
This is probably a dumb question but I have a 1976 Pepsi Disc - Jack Lambert and I wanted to submit to complete my Master set. the disc is in the middle of a card and is perforated but nnot cut out . Can I submit it like that or do I have to cut it out - appears mint and I dont want to mess it up.

    Not sure about the football, but PSA will not grade the Pepsi Disc still in the glove. There is currently no way to keep it from moving I guess.
