Bought this 1953 Topps GAI 8 card on ebay for $30 recently. Pooped it out of it's holder and sent it to PSA for grading. What do you think it will get from the PSA grader? You will have the correct answer within a week.

I've cracked three "first graded" GAI's and was 3 for 3 in getting the same grade.

Best was a '72 Namath IA GAI 9.

Yeah, well I was hoping Marc meant a different EOT. I have tried both crossovers and removing cards from their holder, then submitting to PSA. I normally have better luck when they are popped out and then submitted. That of course can be a risk and if I don't think the card will crossover, I keep it in it's original holder. This particular card looked so nice that I thought it was worth removing it from its GAI home and submitting it raw to PSA....hoping off course that there will be no trimming to be found. Anxously waiting the results from my 63 card submission that also had a couple of 1935 Diamond Stars that I bought ungraded on Ebay and appear NM. I am hoping they receive 7's.

Got the grade I was hoping for. Yeah! Scan added to the first posting. I have had pretty good luck with GAI graded cards when submitting to PSA.
