Coppell or Addison TX Post Office

I don't remember if it was this board or Net 54 which reported problesm with items from one of those post offices.

A friend of mine was sending autographs to Panini and somewhere in Texas those items never made it to their intended target. If that was from this board -- could someone PM me the link so I can forward him the thread -- and see what if anything could be done
