I'm trying to keep costs low here, so I'm assuming all purchases will be sent in a padded envelope, cheapest USPS rate, no insurance or delivery confirmation. My receipt from the USPS will be proof of shipment. Should you wish upgraded shipment, I'll be happy to oblige for actual cost.
