OC vs MC Qualifiers

Do collectors look at a OC qualifier different than a MC qualifier? If so, which one is considered by most worse?

IMO MC USUALLY looks a LOT worse than O/C.

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

Most MC's have printing from other cards usually on the back because of a bad cut.

MC is defined as having 100/0 centering and usually has printing information from another card.

OC is merely a designation to indicate that the centering does not meet the minimum standard for the listed number grade, but all other characteristics of the card meet the standards for that number. The worst possible centering with an OC designation would be 99/1.
