Time to out eBay scammer/shiester/thief "mr.reliable"

well, sir, congrats you have made it to the top o' the heap, at least for now......normally, i try not to let this crap get to me, but considering the seller's handle on eBay, this one was just too good to pass up, so here goes......

eBay auction, pretty card eh?

here's a pic of the lure i was so fond of, a nice, sharp, albeit O/C example, woulda looked nice in my set.

and, here's the POS i received today.

So why have you not "negged" that POS yet?

This guy is very sneaky seller. He described it as very good condition and the Ernie Banks in his feedback he described in Near Mint condition.

He knew it was garbage and was hoping someone would just eat the bad card. It was indeed a very good card VG.

I am not into negging people but this would be a transaction that would qualify. Glad you got your money back.

The cards look totally different (missing fisheye in the purple).....looks like he tried to mark it on the upper border to appear like the original?

thanks, i'm thinking this through to proceed without anger, but yeah i'm disappointed in the obvious intentions here and the fact that i didn't get a Yaz card in the exact condition i'd been seeking for a raw set for quite awhile....this card ain't that easy to come by, some of the raw ones out there typically have a wavy cut on the left border, a common feature of '69 Topps.

just for comparison's sake, i received another card a couple days ago, which had a small wrinkle on the surface, but i'm not going to bother with a complaint because it came to me basically as it had been described although it would have been nice to know about the wrinkle, then maybe i would have thought twice, but i still wanted the card.....the point is, the card was most definitely the same as the the one in the photograph. image

It especially stinks when they ask you to return it for a refund. Wasted packaging, postage, and trip to the post office.

done that enough times....instead i was invited to toss this one out, but maybe i'll make a coaster out of it. image

so, it was enough at least to put the word out so nobody here wastes their time on this guy.....i gotta go follow you up in the raw card thread and share today's other major disappointment.

I have one if interested. I have over 400+ of the 1969 Topps I was going to ship off to PWCC for their next auction. Solid card...
