Slabbed ASE Designation...Help?

I bought about 30 slabbed ASE's today from my local dealer/friend. One of them is labeled as an NGC 2006 MS69 "Box #21". I have no idea what the "Box # 21" refers to. Can somebody help with an explanation and any idea if this adds to the value? Thanks for any feedback.

    Sounds like it might have been from the 21st green monster box from the Mint. Could be one of the first 10,500 struck.
