Does Jon Arnett and Winston Hill signed TTM

I was wondering if Jon Arnett signs TTM I have this address

and I know Winston Hill lives in Colorado, he is a definite Contender for the Hall of Fame's Veteran Committee. Does Winston Hill sign TTM and for free.

    According to the SCN database, Jon Arnett was a good signer at that address from mid 07 to around the end of 09. Since then, there haven't been any reported successes over there in the database.

    I'll check the other guy in a couple minutes and get back to the post.

    Winston Hill is hit or miss and his last two reported successes took 336 and 152 days respectively. The address used for the 152 day one was:

    I sent "Jaguar Jon" a card to that address in November of last year and it got Returned to Sender.
