Yes, they were handed out like candy, the amount of wear makes it a nice pocket piece.IMHO

I was gonna say it looks like brass, but I suppose I'd trust Bozman's information foremost.
Not in the greatest of shape, perhaps, but an interesting piece nonetheless.
