Orioles fans, maybe you can help?

In 1994, the Orioles released a set of cards with a "game day program"....
According to Beckett:
"This 108-card set includes all current and minor league players in the Baltimore Orioles' organization. The set was issued in twelve nine-card perforated sheets, with each sheet issued in game day programs which sold for 3.00. Reportedly only 21,000 of each unperforated sheet were produced. Each 7 1/2" by 10 1/2" sheet consists of nine standard-size cards. The cards are unnumbered and checklisted below in alphabetical order."
Beckett doesn't name the "game day program", but lookong at Ebay, I see an Orioles publication entitled "Outside Pitch". Is THAT the game day program being referenced?
The set has an early card of Scott McClain (#60 in the set) that I need.

The Official program was entitled "Orioles Magazine" and I believe there were 3 editions of it during the strike shortened season

Thanks. Did they issue a different sheet per week? If they managed to get 12 sheets out, it seems like they'd have to.
