Had one item take about a month to get from a seller in the same State I live. Was a $100+ book so I was a bit worried on that and they insisted they had sent it the day after payment received. Once I finally got it, sure enough they had sent it when they said and I have no idea where it was that entire month but was very relieved when it showed up.

Just no reason for that Ted ... unfortunately it happens once in a while. Glad that you did get your package though.

When I was 8, I ordered something cool from a cereal box (IIRC) Seems like it took months to get them.

I once bought a beautiful Franklin Half from a "plant seller" on Ebay. After a month of waiting , I filed an item not received. Ebay ruled in my favor , but because ( at the time ) the item was less than $20 ( it was $19.99) , I was told basicly to pound sand. I left the seller a neutral , as did he.

5 months later the coin arrived , with a sorry for the delay ( from the post office ) . It had been postmark from the time of the sale . I then sent the coin in for grading , it came back a PCGS MS 66 FBL . I sold it for $1,200+ .
