Is a PCGS regrade the same as a regular submission? Noob submitter question...

I have a coin or two I'd like to send in to PCGS for regrade. Both are currently in PCGS holders. Are regrades handled like a raw submission? Sorry for the dumb question, but I've never actually submitted my own coins before but since I'm getting into the dealer game, I guess I better learn to do it, huh?
I also will be getting one for crossover from Broadstruck. Do those have a special service or is that also like a raw submission?
Thanks!

Edited to add: You have to submit regrades and crossovers on different forms. For a crossover, you have to submit a minimum grade.
<< <i>PCGS will look at your PCGS slabbed coins... they will remove them from the old slab, review them, grade them and then place them in a new slab. You will receive the same or higher grade. You will NEVER receive a lower grade on a regrade.

Can I also set a maximum grade?
Just kidding, but the crossover is a super slider AU58. If it goes MS63, I'll be kinda pissed because I want it to cross at 58, but I'd be thrilled with 58+!

Submit, get the 63, sell and then buy and 58 and pocket some cash.

That only works if you pay 58 money. LOL I'll have way more than that in it.

DW: Yes, you can Reholder a coin in a regular PCGS holder into a PCGS Secure Plus holder. Note: when we do this we are very carefully examining the coins. If we do not think the coin deserves the grade it already has we will contact you re: a buyback.
Regrade: Use the "Regrade" service for coins previously graded by PCGS that you feel might be worthy of a higher grade. Submit the coins in the holder. We guarantee that the coins will not be downgraded.
Crossover: Use the "Crossover" service for coins previously graded by another grading service. Submit the coins in the holder to PCGS. We will grade the coins and put them in a PCGS holder only if the PCGS grade meets or exceeds the other grading company's grade (unless specifically instructed differently by you). You cannot specify a higher minimum grade. If the PCGS grade is lower than the other grading company's grade, we will return the coin to you in the original holder. MS/PR 70 coins must have a minimum grade of 69 or lower.
I didn't realize the top option was available, but did know a PCGS grade could be downgraded if submitted under SecurePlus.

As it should be... I didn't remember reading Q7, but I really like the answer!
