Wait time on submission to log

I see from my delivery confirmation number that PSA received my latest submission last Thursday morning. It has yet to log. I'm not complaining.....yet, but on every single one of my past submissions it was logged the day they received it. Does anyone know the procedure or general time frames for logging the submission? Should I call? This was a pretty big submission (107 cards). Thanks

could take a few days depending how busy they are....if you call and give them a tracking number, they can find the order and let you know if they have it in their system.
  • I sent in 5 tickets on the current special, postmarked January 31 (before I knew they were going to extend the special or I would have waited), delivered February 3, logged February 9.
  • Called them Friday, they said they are running about 3-5 days to log in orders right now.
From what I can tell, 707 is the DOLLAR STORE compared to deans_cards. For what that guy charges, if I ever bought anything from him I would expect it to be delivered to me in a frickin' limo.

I called and they are running behind. She said they were logging subs from the 15th (Tues.) but ones received on the 16th and 17th shouldn't take too long, maybe a couple of days.

here is the way I see it.. If it takes long to log.. it means they are getting lots of orders which means lots of biz.
which means they stay in biz throughout this terrible economy..
which means my cards in their slabs retain top value

Lower across the board except the PSA stayed the same. Kinda harsh. The SGC 88s were really nice.

It seems like when I write the submission type on the box like PSA wants us to do my submissions get logged faster. When I forget to do this they always seem to take longer to log in.
