I ask because I got a group of minor errors in and I think there where three coins with the "Y" die clash and on two different dates.
I like going through old collections where someone else has pulled a lot of cool ( minor ) errors and I get to sort them out.

It would be nice if the mint could weigh in and say, if it happens all the time or seldom does or every 20,000 coins, etc.
