I had paid for a lot, number 5968 from the New York Americana sale on January 27 and I called on Thursday February 17 about the coin and was told that the coin had not been shipped for some reason. They promised the coin by Monday. Well it arrived Express Mail on Saturday. My thanks to Julianne for coordinating that.

I think that is a good indication what we can expect in the future. Thanks again.

Nice piece and good story about Stacks. The Maris 42-c is very difficult to obtain in any condition. Many examples known are G4 or worse with many problems.

Glad to hear they are responding to some requests. I paid the day after the auction, waited over a week, called last week when the invoice showed up, was told that they would get it out. That was Monday. Still nothing.

Looks like you picked up a nice piece though.
