Whenever I've gone there , I always felt that I was in some sort of sci-fi hongkong movie. You can find most anything there if you visit. Its been MANY years since I was last there.---- Sonny
When I read your header I thought you were actually talking about the weather. Not to add insult to anyone who is living in the cold north but it was 77 degrees and sunny here in Charleston, SC. Spent most of the day outside with the family.

Yeah, it's like every man for himself in there, and the fact that there are multiple weapons booths add another layer of danger. The best is the one booth near the baseball card guy that's literally piled from floor to ceiling with anything you could possibly imagine anybody ever owned that has no current value. They seem to specialize in video games and have everything else thrown off to the side in a giant pile. They should write an economics book explaining their business model.

I eat breakfast 300 yards from 4000 flea market vendors, who are trained to kill me, so don't think for one second that you can come down here, flash your badge and make me nervous.

I gotta buddy who does quite well as an investment broker who's going to invest 30 grand in racehorse spunk so he can breed it with a guy who has a mare from a great line. My details are sketchy except for the money, what he's buying, some horse is going to get serviced, and my buddy is part owner of whatever is born. He doesn't know a thing about horses or horseracing. When I asked him why he's doing it he answered, "I'm gonna name him Colonel Jessup."
'nuff said.
<< <i>Go to the local flea market, see the same old german clocks, german furniture, german coins, ... oh wait, I live in Germany where there are no baseball cards
That means they probably have German soccer cards ... for which I would gladly trade you baseball or other sports cards. Just let me know !
cheers
