Eagle Anniversary sets

In 2006 I didn't notice the anniversary set on the mints web site, I wasn't looking for them so they may have been there. So I'm wondering if the 1995 10th and the 2006 sets were sold direct or were they distributed as the pucks are now?

I'm thinking 2011 may see a 25th anniversary set in gold and/or silver but have not seen anything yet.

The 1995 set was sold through the mint. I think there were 25 or 30,000 of them only with the W Silver Eagle. The 2006 set was also sold on the US Mint site.

I hope they make another anniversary set with a unique low mintage Silver Eagle. I wouldn't mind another Reverse Proof or something which I think is a beautiful coin.

So both were sold on the mints web site, good news. I like the reverse proof myself but only have the silver so I'm looking for a nice gold 3 coin. I'll have to start watching the site in hope of something nice for 2011.
