Wouldn't a coin photography forum here be sort of nice to have?

Don't get me wrong- I am not suggesting that any of the coin photography threads here are in any way off topic or annoying to me. Quite the opposite, in fact, as I am in need of advice on the subject. (Thankfully I have a copy of Mark Goodman's book so that's one important step in the right direction).
I just thought it would be an interesting idea if folks were so inclined and Ye Forum Gods approved, that's all. Sort of a one-stop site for coin photography discussions, showing off coin pix, and discussing techniques and tools. What do y'all think? Is Coin Photography ready for its own subforum? Just wondering.

I've pretty much decided on a Sigma 150mm for a dedicated, coin macro.
Lately I've also been shopping for a decent outdoor lens, though I barely get out anymore. I do want a good one when I can get out. I'm looking at the Sigma 70-300mm, but would like to find more reviews on some other, select lens. I also noticed a new 55-300mm Nikon, was that it? Need to look into it more and several others.
Once you get away/graduate from a better, basic point-and-shoot, there's a lot of "other stuff" to keep up with.

All-in-one is what I like most about the CU US Coin Forum; ignore what you want, but don't miss something about "Classic US Coins" vs. "Modern US Coins" just because you don't go into that forum. The all in one allows me to read/view some stuff I'd not normally be interested in because it's there thereby expanding my knowledge and interests.

Keep the discussion here and we'll all reap the benefits of seeing great coins in better detail here.

Never view my other linked pages. They aren't coin related.
<< <i>It would probably be as dead as the stamp forum - I like it here.
There is a stamp forum

<< <i>I said no...in fact I'd have said "Heck no!" if the option was given...I like it here, cuz if there was a separate forum I'd never go there...and especially if people stopped showing off pictures of their coins here...I'd stop coming here.

Good point.
I like the idea of an Exonumia forum, too, as mentioned above, though I rather suspect it would be a bit sleepy.
I reckon things are fine the way they are, but I wouldn't mind a Photography forum. Granted, I must confess I probably wouldn't be a regular there and would probably only visit when I needed advice on a particular issue or had some new pictures to get opinions on... both of which can certainly be done here.
I'm pretty neutral on the idea, which is why I used the "ravioli" option, myself.
I would rather see disussions of numismatic photography here but I couldn't didn't vote against the idea of a photography forum if that's what gets folks excited.
Let the majority rule here on the CU forum I say, even if we all know it's a benevolent dictatorship.
Thanks PCGS.
