I couldn't find an RPM for 58' listed on Coneca but this looks like one to me. And if so is there a premium attached to it?

    Does not look like an RPM to me.

    It looks like the MM got a 'hit' on
    the left side - pmd.

    It's possible it's mechanical doubling
    of the mintmark, which is very very
    common, but I'm pretty sure it's just
    damage in that area....sorry......
