I notice when you post a question in the Q & A forum it does not show up as a thread. Does only our host see these and how do you get a reply?

Yes, only our host sees them, and you may never get a reply. There was a time when HRH tried to answer them all (or most of them), but now they are only answered by customer service if at all.

so any new ones are repeats


type in the key word(s) in the search at the top of the forum, and you will find your answer
