Bought two of the 9.99 boxes from Walmart. Nothing special that I know of in the cards, but my two codes unlocked a 1952 #298 Bob Ross and a 2009 Frank Thomas. Digs gave me an Expos ring and a Brewers ring.

Are any of the rings you unlock more "valuable" than other rings?

Or are they all pretty much the same and people just trade doubles for whatever other double to reach another level/prize?

I read in the fine print that the 60th ring is 1:5,000 the others are roughly 1:1. It's somewhere on their website.

Well, I am all done with Topps Diamond. I just sent my last 50 off for auction.

309 Rings, a bunch of cards not sure what to do with, and 13 die cuts(mantle), etc, etc.

I think I am going to sell the whole lot on Ebay like a few others have.

i have 51 different rings but still no topps card set prize,, what a beach, huh,, anyone know what the list of rings you need is i still havent a clue, i just wait for an offer usually 100 a day or so and if i dont have it i trade it if i have an extra they want,, kinda dumb because its always messing up, the site that is,, oh well, 9 more to go,, j

I had the same issue. Traded to pass the 45 level and still no prize. I ended up with like 48 different rings (no dupes) so I bought a lot of 15 to try and finish off the rings. First code I entered Topps informed me I had a set. I think you have to enter another code and you should have it. Hope that helps.

bought some cards at Kmart today - they all rang up at 25% off so the 4.99 jumbo packs were $3.99 and the regular retail packs were $1.59

Bought all they had - 4 jumbos and about 12 reglular packs - I'll be happy if I get 5 codes out of the bunch

ripping in about 30 minutes

Well, not a horrible rip - only got 2 codes (unlocked a 71 and 72 - both Yankees

but did get Rizutto and Campenella variations from the packs along with 2 gold and 5 of the platinum sparkly cards

and 1 of the last 4 inserts I needed for the master set and an original back Monte Irvin 54 card

The lucky first requestor of the Mantle ring has the id with the first and last character of: S*******0 If that is someone here, you got it !!! It keeps giving me a 505 error when 'accepting' the person's trade though.

That was one of the first rings I got, wish I could get lucky with a nice pack pull for once ! I know I'd still lose in the 'lottery' for the diamond ring so to me it just ain't worth it to collect the 40+ rings I'd need to enter. First person who requested it, whoever you are, congrats, it's yours once the error goes away. Will check every few days.

word of caution, i noticed sellers on the bay selling these DC cards but because topps hasnt shipped them out as of yet there actually saying in their ads that they will trade them on the diamond site,, i may be wrong but this could open the door to an "item not delivered" refund and they might just win it because of the proof thing ebay needs, what you guys think?,,, j

Yeah when it comes to digital objects example these cards, or Magic the Gathering Online cards and tix, there is no way to prove delivery via Paypal. The grey area is Paypal has some sort of odd wording now when it comes to digital objects. My advice the last couples years has been if you are a seller don't take Paypal for these items. But from reading what is on Paypal now it sounds like if you are the buyer paying for these you have no recourse if you get screwed. So I have no clue.

I'll post my updated trade list next weekend/week with any luck.

As an FYI -- I had pulled a Jeter RC and traded it away from 3 cards including a common 52; and I traded away a DC Jered Weaver for a common 54 and more

So, this year is off to a better start than last year and I already have some cornerstones for the end of the year delivery.

the black diamond will be # to 60 and the regular diamond die cuts are getting pulled at about 10x the rate of the blacks to this point. Looks like there will be 6-700 of them if it ends up the way it looks now.

I'm sure you'll be able to pick up a Jackie easy enough and the longer you can wait, the cheaper it should be
