    Nice early Walking Liberty halves such as that one have always been scarce/rare. The pre-1934 dates just weren't saved.

    Heck Bochi, the extra metal parts in me alone are worth more than that. I just can't seem to be able to get rid of them. image

    Counting the surgeries to put the pieces all in, well over $100K. neck, hip, heart, ...facing more hip, neck, and back work... fun, fun!

    although i believe that coin has been "conserved" it is a stunning example. i bet the luster is intense.
