Re the 1st 54, I would have to question if the coin is a P or O mint mark....reverse may be too worn to determine and if indeterminate, wouldn't get holdered as a PO01.
I'm sure its my eyes playing tricks on me but seems I see the ghost of an "8" as the last digit on the first pictured quarter so it might be a 1858-P......or not. This is the kind of coin that says "Welcome to the world of lowball forensics......"
