I think it should grade. MS-63 perhaps. I like the look of it.

I think it would grade also. However, I question the need to have a 22-P graded.
Collecting Peace Dollars and Modern Crap.

Nice coin - possibly Unc-62 or 63, but would have to be annealed before it could be overstamped cleanly.

From what I can see of the images, it looks like an MS64 to me, but not worth getting graded.

Actually, not necessarily. I never added or removed any metal, and I never melted or heated the Peace Dollars that I over-struck as "1964".
