Have ASE's always come from the Mint in the Green Top Tubes????

I have heard that back in 1986 - 1987 they also came in a Round Tube with ORANGE Slip-On Covers on both ends.

Anybody know if there is any TRUTH to this??????

have seen 87 sold in both type. maybe the mint switched mid year.
