What is up with Beckett's website?

I don't use Beckett much, but they still slab some oversized cards that PSA does not. Does anyone know what's going on at Beckett these days? I know they had that storm / cold weather in Texas, but their website has been impossible to get into. I was trying to use their pop report and check order status, but end up with page not found or just a blank page.

Dont use a saved link. They changed their site and the old link in my favorites doesn't work. This should do it.
