    Am I reading the first auction correctly? Sounds like the guy paid around $8.00 a card.

    8 x 13 = 106
    106 x 15 = 1590

    Hopefully their loss will be your gain. Perhaps one or both will break open their packs, submit the best, sell them on Ebay for your collections.

    Only then will they realize how much money they lose on their deal!

  • Keep in mind the lot of 15 cello boxes were already opened. Who knows how well the cards were protected. With no cello wrapping, the corners will likely get dinged rattling around in those boxes.

    Then there's that '72 4th series wax box that went for over $150 a pack. That's more than you usually pay for a 6th series pack...Incredible.
