I was recently shown an 1897 Queen Victoria's Reign BHM-3595 NGC PF66 Colorful Toned Matte Proof Diamond Jubilee Medal. I looked on coin archives and couldn't find any information. Can anyone tell me the scarcity or value for this item? The item is spectacular
