1937 Dick Tracy R41 vs. V106

I started a couple of months ago collecting the 1937 R41 Dick Tracy cards. I quickly became educated on Series 1+2 vs. Series 3. Big difference in value and conditioning.

Now I am getting back from my sub to PSA, 1937 V106 Dick Tracy Willards Chocolates LTD. Does anyone have any knowledge of these cards. I am assuming there are far less of these cards than the R41 version. Also, is there a big difference in price.

I would appreciate any knowledge of both sets.
