Anyone going to the FCB Cardboard Show in Norcross, GA this weekend?

I'll be there on Saturday. I'm meeting board member pinkcatfish to pick up a set I bought from him and then will be there most of the day. I don't really care anything about getting the autographs of Vick, Ryan, Heyward, Smoltz, or anyone else there because I feel like they are way overpriced, but I'll be perusing the show trying to find nice vintage and maybe some vintage unopened stuff. This will be the first show I've been to in several years. Anyone else going?

    Tommy, I will be at the show on Saturday as well. Will be with my dad, Brother in law and my 13 year old nephew. Looking forward. No Auto's for me either.

    Carol, let me buy you lunch to make up for all of the tomfoolery around here. I'll be the one in the chicken outfit. Could I eat chicken while in a chicken outfit or is that in bad taste?

    If you’re the San Diego Chicken then it's all good.


    Lunch isn't necessary...just behave yourselves here and be patient if the table is busy.

    Very True. Most of the forum members I meet at shows are nice.

    on two serious notes, what services are you guys offering? and can I have your autograph?

    We'll be taking card submissions for office service.
    We'll be doing autograph authentication and ITP authentication.

    no encapsulation for autographs, that would need to come back to the offices.

    If I’ve ever taken your submission in then you already have my auto. It’s not worth anything.

    I wish I could be there. Being from Georgia, and actually having lived in Norcross, it came just a couple of years too late. All I have in Houston is Tri-Star...boo.

    does anyone know if BBCE is gonna be there? If so, and they see this. Please bring a box of '72 OPC first series to the show.
