My son and daughter collect their birth year mint sets. My daughter (1999) has the standard set (20 coins), but my son (2000) had the Millennium and Goodacre as part of his set (22 coins). NOT ANY LONGER! BJ just created two sets for 2000... a standard set (20 coins) and a major varieties set (24 coins - she added the Cheerios and Wounded Eagle). Now they both have the same number of coins in their sets (standard issue).

Here's their want list if anyone wants to contribute to the collection of a minor!

Good move I have always liked the idea of a Registry Mint set matching what was released by the mint for that year or the standard circulation strike coins only for years that no set was issued.
