Actually, the fact he has 0 bids is completely real. I wouldn't bid on that either. MS63 runs from $55 - $65 most anywhere. It is the rarest of the 21 Morgans, at 20,345,000 but it's not by much from the San Fran Mint.

He doesn't say that. He just says it is a real nice strike for the grade. No claims made about an upgrade.
