I feel as you do. Peace dollars can be bright and shiny, but the overwhelming majority of them are not. For such beautiful coins, ey can sure be ugly. I'm working on a set with a good mix of both. Here is the 1934-S as it usually appears in the real world; the blast white MS65s are condition rarities.
