it could be shilling
it could be someone who has purchased many items in the past from this seller and feels comfortable only buying from them on eBay for their needs
it could be someone who lives close to seller and has personally viewed items bidding on



it does not even matter if they are shilling if you decide how high you are willing to bid for fair delivered value


if you think you are getting scrued by seller, then don't bid on their items

Its a shill account, that he probably also uses to buy with. If he is bidding on your stuff its to hide he is also a seller.
