Anyone ever gotten a "plus" grade on a raw coin submitted to PCGS thru Teletrade?

I have sent TT maybe 100 or so coins since the inception of plus grading and never gotten a plus, even on coins cracked out of a PCGS MS66 holder that ended up as MS65 on regrade.

I wonder if TT is allowed to submit even coins valued >$300 as "Economy"?

If people are grading a coin, they will only grade it a plus if you pay the extra fee?

I am convinced T.T submits all the raw coins via bulk grading ....so no soup 4 u

I presently own an Ultra Rare Morgan VAM that briefly was consigned by the previous owner to Teletrade in a NGC-62PL holder. I convinced him to withdraw it and try it for crossover to PCGS. It crossed 1st try at
62+ PL Secure Plus, and I purchased it after it didn't meet reserve last spring in a B & M auction. Granted, it went to PCGS in the NGC holder, but that is no different than being raw in PCGS' viewpoint.

Why ludicrous? Economics 101 if you ask me... you pay more and you have the potential to get better results.
