Secure Plus Success! (Mercs)

As I have mentioned before, I am very actively helping the owner of the Cosmo Mercury Dime Registry Set build his set. We recently sent a batch of coins that we thought were strong for the grade to PCGS for a regrade into SecurePlus holders. You may remember our first batch, which were 3 very PQ coins, we thought. We went 3 for 3 getting the coveted Plus. This batch we sent 9 coins in for a regrade. 8 of the 9 did not change, but the one that did change was the 1919-D, which went from MS63FB to MS64FB.
