I agree, very top rate service. I had sent my coins out last Monday and I had the check in hand this Monday. One week round trip from Alaska to Florida is incredible.
Based on our current inventory of these, it will probably be 3-4 weeks before we resume buying. Since we also buy on two different national dealer networks, often our needs are filled early so it is possible that it could be longer.
I've bought, and sold (selling to them more than a few times), from MCM and I have to say that things are super easy working with them. With George getting some help now (there are 2 folks that can be contacted), I can only imagine it will be even easier as I know George is always super busy so, being a left-coaster, the fun was catching him and getting him on the phone.
They have improved, added more help, and things go smoothly.

I heard back quickly from George as well. A few things:
* They are pretty busy * For me, timezone impacts things (they are 3 hours later than me) so if I send near the end of my day, it takes until the next day (while I may work 26hours/day, I don't expect everyone else to * Try calling them if you are really concerned. If you have never had email correspondence with them, and don't have a reply, you may want to call and make sure it is received with no problems.
I've bought from them, online, and no issues. I've sold to them, probably about a dozen times or more, for both my items and those of my friends, and it's always been quick and easy (aside from trying to find time to call when they would be in the office). George has always been great at getting right back to me with quick emails.
MODS---- Please don't count this a bump. We've had a couple people tell us some are complaining about us not responding. The problem is we have no idea who these people are and we are responding to every email and call we get. What has happened is we have had a few that want us to take confirms without USM numbers and we will not do that as stated in the rules and as one would consider common sense.

Maybe I missed it but you can't tell us what you are paying? If so, at what point are you going to tell us?
