Yo, bad ebayer alert

I bought a PSA 9 chrome duncan from a person on ebay with 52 positive feedbacks and 0 negatives....... I have waited about 2 weeks and recieved an email about the person................. that a customer was complaining about them and had good reason to. It turns out THELOCALCARDSHOP@aol.com has recieved 10 negatives in a row since I bought from them. The only option was paypal instant purchase and I recieved an automated email...... I paid right away the $26.02..... has anyone ever got screwed on ebay via paypal like that.... is there anything i can do?

I think a lot of people may for a group to do something about it......

    Hey dude...you can request a refund through paypal. Check their FAQ's or rules page and see what you need to do. I know with paypal (at least the last time I checked), the buyer's have the majority of the responsibility to prove that they mailed you your card. You should be able to get a refund without too much of a hassle.

    I'll talk to you later....probably tomorrow. I'm leaving for the five hour drive back to Spokane in about three hours and so it will be about 12am PST when I get home tonight.

    have to request within 30 day. My brother and a friend got burned the exact same way you did only for a case of 2001 sp authentic football. paid 2000$ through paypal and waited to long to complain, but he screwed a group of people also and shut his email account down. Sucksimage

    hey, i had a similar case about a year ago. he has like 150 with 2 negatives. i figured that is still pretty good so i won 6 auctions total cost $83. i sent payment and i never got my cards. i emailed ebay and they said he was "under review". they dont do crap about it. it really pisses me off. i think i still might have some of his info. ill see what i can do.
